Secret Cabins The Copper Crib as seen on TOWIE: Review

Well, at Secret Cabins, you get all of those things – in abundance, and in a way like you might never have seen or thought of before.

Imagine a room with dark walls, dark furniture, blacked out windows, coloured lighting, starry night sky lights, a kitted-out kitchen and a plush lounge area.

Imagine a feature fire wall – which was definitely my favourite part - and a huge bed on a raised platform, and upstairs a full-floored bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rain shower.

If you can imagine anything like what I’ve described, you’re on your way there, but nothing apart from real life would quite do justice how incredible The Copper Crib Secret Cabin really is.

Having previously featured on TOWIE, the cabin also comes with its own private garden with a fairy-light lit hot tub looking out onto a big TV screen.

There’s a dining area outside with a fire pit for warmth, along with a private pond and garden.

I went with my boyfriend for a little mid-week getaway and the team at Secret Cabins really had gone above and beyond for our stay.

There was huge LOVE LED letters in the bathroom, balloons above the bed and petals and heart-shaped lights, too.

It took around two hours to get there from London and once we’d arrived we felt like we were in a completely different world and it was like nothing I’d ever seen before.

We unpacked and then headed to the nearest shops which were around a three-minute drive away to get some snacks, food and alcohol for our stay.

You can actually order bottles of champagne from your cabin which is an amazing added extra that feels like the ultimate luxury.

We spotted a local fish and chip shop which we decided we’d treat ourselves to for dinner later on, and in between times we went and got into the hot tub and had a relaxing afternoon outdoors watching TV.

It didn’t matter that it was raining because the hot tub, dining and TV area were all under cover.

We loved our fish and chips and then got back into the hot tub, to spend the evening with some wine watching Netflix.

It was hard to resist the jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower in the bathroom with his and hers sinks and LED lights, and then the evening ended on the huge day-bed sofa watching TV on the big screen which overlooked the kitchen.

We had the sleep of dreams in the bed beneath the starry sky-like lights, and really did not want to have to go back to reality the next day when it was time to leave.

It made the perfect getaway, the perfect setting for romance, with above-and-beyond offerings and mind-blowing interiors and features.
