Nine pay by phone parking bays have been introduced on a busy street in Bromley.

On Thursday, February 1, Bromley Council introduced nine Pay by Phone parking bays on Mottingham Road.

Operation times will be between 8.30am and 8.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays.

The maximum stay time will be two hours with no return within 1 hour, at a charge of 90p per hour.

The Order will come into effect on the new designated parking bays, under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and introduce footway parking places under section 15 of the GLC General Powers Act 1974.

Copies of the Orders may be inspected by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date of making the Order.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
