A 10-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after a crash with a car in Thamesmead.
The incident happened in Central Way at around 3.25pm yesterday (January 23).
Emergency services were called to the scene and found a boy injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains in a stable condition.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at about 15:25hrs on Tuesday, 23 January to reports of a car in collision with a child on Central Way, SE28.
“Emergency services attended. The 10-year-old boy was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
“The driver stopped at the scene.
“Enquiries continue.”
