Junction 2 of the M25 has been blocked following a medical incident with drivers advised to “expect delays.”

Police and two fire engines were called to the scene at around 2:43pm to assist with a medical related incident on Junction 2 of the M25 in Dartford.

The condition of the person is currently unknown.

AA Maps says there are “long delays” after the A2 exit ramp to the M25 was blocked due to the earlier incident with congestion to The Ebbsfleet Valley turn off.

We have contacted South East Coast Ambulance Service for further information.

A spokesperson for Kent police said: “Kent Police was called at 2.43pm to assist with a medical incident on the anticlockwise carriageway of the M25 near to junction 2.

“Drivers are advised to expect delays in the area.”

A spokesperson for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: “Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called at 2.50pm (18 January) to assist other emergency services on the flyover for the A282 off the A2, London-bound, near Bean.

“Two fire engines attended.”
