A Beckenham newsagent has applied to extend the hours it can sell alcohol.

Rishi's News, at 92 Wickham Road, has lodged an application with Bromley Council.

Owner Rosanth Pratheepan has proposed to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 7am to 11pm each day.

As details on the Public Notice Portal the application is for a variation of a premises licence.

Currently, the store has the opening hours of 6am until 9pm.

Any comments regarding the application should be directed to Licensing and Public Protection, London Borough of Bromley at Stockwell Close, or via email at licensing@bromley.gov.uk All representations must be in writing and submitted before November 13.
