The following cases were heard at Bromley or Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on the week beginning October 24.
They include a Tesco thief, a dodgy driver and a woman who assaulted a man in Charlton.
Faycal Metaoui, 50, of no fixed abode
Pleaded guilty that on January 20, 2021, he stole from Tesco in Sydenham and carried a knife.
Given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for one year.
Ricky Tuffin, 33, of Mottisfont Road in Abbeywood
Found guilty of assaulting a man and a woman in Charlton in October last year. Also found guilty of assaulting a police officer.
Sent to Woolwich Crown Court for sentencing.
Ben Robinson Bargent, 34, of Riverdale Road in Erith
Pleaded guilty that on January 31 at Dartford Station harassed a man.
Fined £50.
Hailero Samuel Olawuyi, 35, of Old Kent Road
Found guilty that on January 5 in Peckham, he drove without due care and attention. He drove a moped in a pedestrian area even after being challenged.
Fined £600, told to pay £620 in costs and a £264 surcharge. Given three points on licence.
Diana Stan, 32, of Slagrove Place in Ladywell
Found guilty that on October 22 last year in Lewisham she assaulted a woman.
Given a community order and told to pay £100 compensation and £200 in costs.
Rendell Willet, 71, of East Rochester Way in Sidcup
Found guilty that on November 22 last year on Croham Road in South Croydon he drove without due care and attention when he pulled out of a side road into the path of an oncoming vehicle which then hit a bus.
Fined £692, told to pay £300 in costs and a £277 surcharge. Given six points in his licence.
Roy Dennard, 51, currently in custody
Pleaded guilty that on January 4 on Rushey Green in Lewisham he had a knife.
Given a three month prison sentence.
Osvaldo Da Costa, 45, of Polthorne Grove in Plumstead
Pleaded guilty that on April 29 he stole two pairs of trainers from TK Maxx in Woolwich.
Given a community order.
