The rider of a moped has been taken to hospital after a crash in Beckenham.
Police were called just before 1pm today (October 25) to reports of a crash involving a car and a moped on The Avenue.
Emergency services attended and the rider of the moped was taken to hospital.
His injuries were assessed as not life threatening or life changing.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
There has been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
Any witnesses are asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 3422/25Oct.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 12:56hrs on Wednesday, 25 October to reports of a collision involving a car and a moped in The Avenue, Beckenham.
“Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
“The rider of the moped was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
“The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
“There were no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
“Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 3422/25Oct.”
