The following cases were heard at Bromley or Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on the week beginning October 16.

They include a Co-op thief, a fraudster and a man who assaulted a woman in Lewisham.

Deniss Bikovs (aka Oleg Tibinka), 43, of no fixed address 

Found guilty of assaulting a woman at Rushey Green in Lewisham on May 16, 2020. 

Sent to Woolwich Crown Court for sentencing. 

Anton Orville Gardner, 30, of Dalling Road in Hammersmith and Fulham 

Found guilty of driving an E-scooter without a licence or insurance on Trafalgar Road in Greenwich on December 11 last year. 

Fined £180, told to pay £250 in costs and a £72 surcharge. Given six points on licence. 

Victor Uckechukwu Obi, 51, of Wordsworth Road in Welling 

Pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud by cloning security licence in order to work at Admiral Casino. 

Fined £1,538, told to pay £3,000 in compensation and £1,300 costs. 

Geoffrey James Phillips, 46, of Witherston Way in Eltham 

Pleaded guilty to speeding in a Mercedes AMG on November 11 last year on Shirley Road in Croydon. Was travelling at 60mph on the 30mph road. 

Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £400, told to pay a £160 surcharge and £85 in costs. 

Sayed Attaie, 31, of Chipstead Valley Road in Coulsden 

Found guilty of driving without insurance on Central Road in Croydon on March 3. 

Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Fined £660 and told to pay £300 in costs. 

Kadiatou Bagayoko, 44, of Chamber Street in Bermondsey 

Pleaded guilty to driving without due care or attention on Bonfield Road in Lewisham on December 17 last year. Failed to slow and give way to a cyclist, colliding with them and injuring them. Also failed to stop and give her details. 

Fined £172, told to pay a £69 surcharge and £85 costs. Given seven points on licence. 

Jahvel Enrico Mitchell, 21, of Childers Street in Lewisham 

Breached a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Community order had been made for assaulting a female police officer in Lewisham in July last year. 

Fined £500 and told to pay £60 in costs. 

Milan Mirosavljevic, 55, of Midfield Way in Orpington 

Pleaded guilty that on April 11 at Cotmandene Crescent in Orpington she deposted controlled waste. 

Fined £200, told to pay £423 in costs and an £80 surcharge. 

William Daly, 39, of Barmeston Road in Catford 

Breached a community order which was made for stealing food items worth £208 form Co-Op on Chatterton Road in Bromley 

Given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for one year. 

Dylan Matchett, 26, of William Barefoot Drive in Eltham 

Pleaded guilty that on May 13 in Eltham he damaged a car worth £600 and assaulted the owner. The offence was judged to be religiously aggravated. 

Sent to Woolwich Crown Court for sentencing.
