A man has been arrested on suspicion of careless driving after a man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
On Friday (October 20) at 8.15pm a grey Vauxhall Astra was involved in a crash with a pedestrian on Crossways Boulevard in Greenhithe.
The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was treated by paramedics at the scene then was rushed to a hospital in London.
He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The driver, a 36-year-old man from Bexleyheath, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving and was later bailed pending further investigation.
Kent Police is now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
