We’ve rounded up the cheapest fuel stations within a five mile radius of each south east London borough.

The average price of petrol in the UK has risen for the ninth week, according to Petrolprices.com.

Prices have increased since the end of July, and now average over 156 pence per litre - an increase of 8 per cent.

Diesel prices have also been rising, with the average price now averaging at 162ppl, up from the July low of a little over 145ppl, an increase of 11.7 per cent.

Costco is the UK’s cheapest place to get petrol for their members.

In general, Asda and Sainsbury’s have the lowest-priced petrol and diesel without needing a membership.
