Last Sunday, my wife, daughter Amelia-Mae, her school friend Ronny, and I embarked on an unforgettable adventure at the renowned Circus Extreme on Blackheath.

From the moment we picked up our tickets at the box office, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality.

The food area offered a delectable array of treats, from classic candy floss to indulgent Churros smothered in heavenly white and chocolate sauces.

For those seeking heartier fare, the burgers and hot dogs were a hit.

The show's opening was nothing short of electric, featuring a rock singer and guitarist who set the perfect tone for the evening.

This was followed by an awe-inspiring male and female duo, who wowed us with their daring mid-air rope acts. At times, they even supported each other using only their teeth and unwavering trust.

Their incredible core strength left us in disbelief, especially considering that they performed without the safety of nets - relying solely on their exceptional skill and mutual trust.

When we asked Amelia and Ronny about their favourite moments, they couldn't choose just one - they loved every exhilarating second.

However, the motorcycle soaring through the air and the pasta food fight stood out as highlights of the evening.

Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend Circus Extreme for families of all ages. It's was a mesmerising experience that combines skill, bravery, and showmanship in a way that captivates both young and old.
