A woman has been taken to hospital after police were called to Catford station due to a “casualty on the tracks”.
At 4.03pm yesterday (September 29) BTP officers attended the station along with London Ambulance Service paramedics and London’s Air Ambulance.
She was taken to hospital and the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Catford station at 4.03pm following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended and a woman is being taken to hospital for assessment. The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We have sent a number of resources to the scene, including an incident response officer, an ambulance crew, and a medic in a fast-response car. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.”
