The UK’s largest ball pit filled with the opportunity to win tasty treats and prizes is coming to the Bluewater – and it is free to have a dip.

The “Hide n Seekers” event run by Haribo starts at the Bluewater Shopping Centre tomorrow (August 2).

One of the main attractions is the UK's largest ball pit, boasting an impressive 700,000 balls, and it is completely free to participate.

Among the 700,000 balls, there will be special balls hidden which give the public the chance to win prizes.

If lucky enough to find one of these unique balls, participants will receive a sweet prize, ranging from Haribo share bags to collectable goodies.

The Hide n Seekers event will also feature a Haribo pop-up shop where sweet enthusiasts can purchase exclusive treats and merchandise that cannot be found in regular supermarkets or sweet shops.

There will be everything from Haribo Drums with flavours like Yellow Bellies, Giant Happy Cola, and Rhubarb and Custard.

Classic favourites such as Tangfastics and Supermix will also be available, along with unique items like scented Goldbear plushes, teddies and Starmix flasks.

Hide n Seekers also offers the opportunity for visitors to take memorable photos with giant Haribo sweets, Goldbears and sweet bags – which could make for a perfect Instagram shot.

Hide n Seekers will only be live for 21 days over four weeks.

The ball pit will be located in the shopping centre near the Marquee at the Village.

The event will run every Wednesday to Sunday (plus Bank Holiday Monday) from August 2 until August 28, with opening hours as follows:

Wednesdays and Thursdays: 12pm – 7pm

Fridays and Saturdays: 12pm – 8pm

Sundays: 12pm – 5pm

Bank Holiday Monday: 12pm – 7pm
