Three students have been taken to hospital after a crash near a school in Bromley.
The incident involving a moped and a car happened near Ravensbourne School in Homesdale Road just after 3pm on May 26.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene and found four people injured.
The rider of the moped had suffered serious injuries to his leg.
They were all taken to hospital for further treatment.
Headteacher, Mark Ridley, confirmed three out of the four people injured attended the school in Hayes Lane.
He added: “Staff from the school were at the scene within minutes, as were the emergency services.
“Three students were taken to hospital and released the same evening.
“Staff and students at the scene supported those who were injured, these students will receive a special award by way of recognition from the Headteacher when the school re-opens following the half-term break.
“We will of course be offering our continued support to all involved.”
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called yesterday (26 May) at 3:05pm to reports of a road traffic incident on Homesdale Road, Bromley.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene including ambulance crews, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer.
“We treated four patients at the scene and took all of them to hospital.”
The full statement from Ravensbourne School says: “Staff who were on duty at the junction of Homesdale Road at the end of the school day on Friday 26th May, were notified of a road traffic accident by students who were in the vicinity.
“Staff from the school were at the scene within minutes, as were the emergency services.
“Three students were taken to hospital and released the same evening.
“Staff and students at the scene supported those who were injured, these students will receive a special award by way of recognition from the Headteacher when the school re-opens following the half-term break.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At around 15.05hrs on Friday 26 May a moped was in collision with a car on Holmesdale Road, Bromley.
“The rider suffered serious leg injuries. Two other individuals received minor injuries.”
