Taste of London has announces a wave of chefs, culinary experiences, artisan producers and restaurants for its five-day festival this June.

Taste of London is a week of dining, drinking and celebrating in Regent’s Park with BAFTA-winning TV chef and rapper Big Zuu and JOIA by two-Michelin-starred Henrique Sa Pessoa.

The festival runs from June 14 to June 18, with the following sessions:

Wednesday, June 14 5.30pm - 9.30pm

Thursday, June 15 12pm - 4pm and 5.30pm - 9.30pm

Friday, June 16 12pm - 4pm and 5.30pm - 9.30pm

Saturday, June 17 12pm - 4pm and 5.30pm - 9.30pm

Sunday, June 18 12pm - 5pm

Big Zuu will take centre stage at The Fire Pit with GetYourGuide for some barbeque demonstrations.

Joining him on the coals will be restauranteur and barbeque extraordinaire Ben Tish, Korean American Iron Chef Judy Joo, Cuepoint Kitchen’s Mursal Saiq, Mei Mei founder Elizabeth Haigh, and George Scott-Toft, Executive Chef at YOPO At The Mandrake.

Back for another year is Taste of London’s Daily Specials, promising restaurants which will rotate throughout the festival.

This year’s line-up will feature vegan Caribbean specialists Likkle Dutch Pot, handmade doughnuts and patisserie from Longboys, ramen slingers Bone Daddies, Korean flavours from Seoul Bird, and Issho-Ni serving Izakaya style Japanese cuisine.

Joining the likes of Big Mamma Group, Cavita, Francesco Mazzei, and Hoppers for the full five days of feasting will be the newly opened Portuguese-inspired JOIA, modern smokehouse HotBox, steakhouse STK and Italian Maccelaio.

Also returning to Taste is London’ Chinatown’s Dumpling’s Legend, and Angelina’s unique combination of Japanese and Italian flavours.

Each restaurant will serve up its most loved dishes all week alongside a Taste of London exclusive that will only be available at this year’s festival.

There will also be a series of interactive food and drink masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, and dining experiences for those looking to get stuck in.

Alongside sampling signature dishes and distinctive wines, festival goers will have the opportunity to attend masterclasses cooking over live fire at the Flames of Portugal Churrasco Cook Schoolwith JOIA’s two-Michelin-starred Henrique Sá Pessoa, Lisboeta’s Nuno Mendes, Michelin-starred Rui Silvestre, rising star Vasco Coelho Santo, and paying homage to traditional Alentejo cuisine, Ana Moura.

Guests can also immerse themselves in the world of illy, who in collaboration with Michelin Green Star winner Chantelle Nicholson of Apricity, will put on a programme of coffee and espresso martini masterclasses, talks about the future of sustainability in hospitality, and delicious cooking demonstrations.

Visitors will also be able to take part in a star-studded cook school hosted by GetYourGuide.

Chefs leading the classes currently include Joseph Benjamin Cumberbatch winner of Netflix and Channel 4’s Crazy Delicious, plant-based chef Bettina Campolucci Bordi, co-founder of The Little Viet Kitchen, Thuy Diem Pham, and Great British Bake Off’s Crystelle Pereira.

Also joining the party this summer are artisan producers who will be dishing out samples as well as putting on masterclasses with their expert craftspeople.

Stop by the Ooni tent for pizza making lessons, check out a live demonstration by Ramona Hazan founder of RAMONA’S Heavenly Humous, experience an interactive masterclass at the Belazu Open Kitchen, or swing by Exmoor Caviar for a caviar ‘bump.’

There’s a Mirabeau Beach Bar for a taste of the French Riviera with award-winning rosé wines or Hacha Agaveria for its famous Mirror Margarita which was voted 7th best cocktail in the world.

And non-drinkers need not to miss out on the fun as TV-personality Spencer Matthews’ CleanCo VW camper van will be mixing up non-alcoholic cocktails.
