London Ambulance Service were called to reports of a stabbing on Urlwin Street at 4.22pm yesterday (April 30).

Two ambulance crews, two paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response went to the scene.

The first paramedic arrived in less than five minutes.

One patient was treated for serious neck and chest wounds and was taken to a major trauma centre as a priority.

A second patient was also taken to a major trauma centre while the third was discharged at the scene.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.22pm yesterday (30 April) to reports of a stabbing in Urlwin Street, Camberwell.

“We sent two ambulance crews, two paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic and an incident response officer to the scene.

“The first paramedic arrived in less than five minutes.

“We treated three patients at the scene – one for serious neck and chest wounds and was taken to a major trauma centre as a priority.

“A second patient was also taken to a major trauma centre while the third was discharged at the scene.”
