An arrest has been made in Lewisham after 276 bags of cannabis were found and a man allegedly failed to stop for police and was driving erratically.

On March 22, a man was arrested on suspicion with intent to supply Class B drugs, along with five other offences according to police.

The suspect is alleged to have been riding a stolen motorbike.

Police say he failed to stop multiple times and he is alleged to have been driving dangerously – posing a risk to the public.

The stolen motorbike was returned to its owner and the cannabis seized.
