FIREFIGHTERS used a special camera to check under a lorry after it overturned at a roundabout.
The vehicle spilled its load of photographic film near the Jolly Farmers pub in Crayford at around 6.30pm yesterday (June 11).
Bexley's fire rescue unit used a snake eye' camera at the scene in Thames Road because it had tipped towards the railings and the pavement so they needed to make sure no-one needed rescuing.
The lens and thin pole slid into the space under the lorry where the crew could not reach and they looked at what it saw on a screen.
After mopping up the spilled diesel and making sure everything was safe the crew left the scene at about 8pm last night (June 11).
The road was blocked while the 40ft container lorry was removed from the road.
