NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
a) introduce Waiting and Loading Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
b) remove Waiting Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
c) introduce parking places for police vehicles as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
d) amend the hours of operation of parking bays in Albemarle Road, Beckenham as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
e) removal of one parking bay outside No. 13 Stanley Road, Bromley.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/502 not later than 2nd July 2008.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
CROYDON ROAD, Penge, (a) the north west side, (i) from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Padua Road north eastwards to a point 12.5m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Padua Road; (ii) from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Howard Road north eastwards to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Howard Road; (b) the south east side, (i) from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Worbeck Road north eastwards to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Worbeck Road.
HARTFIELD GROVE, Penge, both sides, from the south western kerbline of Hawthorn Grove south westwards for a distance of 9m.
HAWTHORN GROVE, Penge, (a) both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Oakfield Road south eastwards for a distance of 10m; (b) the north east side, (i) from a point 1.8m north west of the party wall of Nos. 41 & 43 south eastwards for a distance of 35.5m; (ii) from a point 20m north west of the north western kerbline of Westmoreland Terrace south eastwards to a point 5m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Westmoreland Terrace; (c) the south west side, (i) from a point 22m north west of the north western kerbline of Hartfield Grove south eastwards to a point 33m south east of the south eastern kerbline of Hartfield Grove; (ii) from a point 3m south east of the party wall of Nos. 12 & 14 south eastwards for a distance of 76m; (d) the north east to south west arm, fronting Nos. 24 to 40, (i) the north west side, from the south western kerbline of Hawthorn Grove (main arm) south westwards for a distance of 4m; (ii) the south east side, from the south western kerbline of Hawthorn Grove (main arm) south westwards for a distance of 6m.
HOWARD ROAD, Penge, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Croydon Road north westwards for a distance of 10m.
OAKFIELD ROAD, Penge, (a) the north west side, from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Rosewell Close north eastwards to a point 8.5m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Rosewell Close; (b) the south east side, from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Hawthorn Grove north eastwards to a point 13m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Hawthorn Grove.
PADUA ROAD, Penge, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Croydon Road north westwards for a distance of 10m.
ROSEWELL CLOSE, Penge, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Oakfield Road north westwards for a distance of 10m.
WESTGATE ROAD, Beckenham, the west side, from a point 2m south of the northern boundary of No. 18 Glendale Mews northwards for a distance of 7.5m.
WESTHURST DRIVE, Chislehurst, the southern arm, the south east side, from the north eastern kerbline of Green Lane north eastwards for a distance of 14m.
WESTMORELAND TERRACE, Penge, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Hawthorn Grove north eastwards for a distance of 8.5m.
WORBECK ROAD, Penge, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Croydon Road south eastwards for a distance of 10m.
No Waiting between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive:-
VINSON CLOSE, Orpington, both sides, from the party wall of Nos. 69 & 71 north eastwards to its extremity.
No Waiting between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
HOLLYDALE DRIVE, Bromley, the west side, from a point 15m north of the northern kerbline of Croydon Road northwards to a point 7m north of the common boundary of Nos. 2 & 3.
No Loading At Any Time:-
CHURCHILL WAY, Bromley, (a) both sides, from the north western kerbline of Ethelbert Road north westwards for a distance of 15m; (b) the south west side, from a point 43m north west of the north western kerbline of Ethelbert Road north westwards to a point in line with the north western boundary of Nos. 21 & 22 Ethelbert Close.
NO WAITING - REMOVALS
No Waiting between 11.00am and 12noon on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
VINSON CLOSE, Orpington, the north west side, from the party wall of Nos. 65 & 67 north eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 69 & 71.
No Waiting between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive:-
VINSON CLOSE, Orpington, the south east side, from a point 2m south west of the party wall of Nos. 56 & 58 north eastwards to a point 1m south west of the party wall of Nos. 64 & 66.
POLICE PARKING BAYS
At Any Time:-
ALBEMARLE ROAD, Beckenham, the north side, from a point 5.5m west of the common boundary of Lait House and St Georges Hall westwards for a distance of 22m.
PAY AND DISPLAY PARKING BAYS
Pay and Display parking between 8.00am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays 50p per hour - No maximum stay. Minimum 10p up to 12mins. Maximum £2.50 over 4 hours:-
ALBEMARLE ROAD, Beckenham, the south side, from a point 50m east of the eastern kerbline of High Street eastwards for a distance of 44m. (8 parking places)
