A ROCKING good time will be on offer when a line-up of national and local talent takes to the stage at this year's Thamesmead Community Festival.
The free event takes place in Birchmere Park, Thamesmead, from 10am until 8pm on July 12.
Its musical line-up will include Hot Chocolate, Booty Luv, Michelle Gayle, Jacki Graham, F-Street, Blues Brothers Uncut, T2 featuring Addictive and Moni Tivonly, who featured as Lionel Richie in BBC show The One and Only.
Local talent will feature this year's T Factor winners Derry Shellam, Sam Coomber, Simple Crush, Annastasia Baker and dance group Myztikal, as well as former T Factor finalist Georgia Collins.
The Gallions Housing Association beach will have an Hawaiian theme and there will be zone for sports, activities and children as well as stalls, sideshows and a festival parade.
