A CHARITY football match has raised £220 for good causes.
Fridays FC, based at Meridian Sports and Social Club, Charlton Park Lane, Charlton, play in the Woolwich and Eltham Sunday Football Alliance.
The game was played between the club's A and B teams, with the A team winning the match 3-2.
All the money raised will go to charities Mencap and the Greenwich and Bexley Cottage Hospice.
Fridays' executive committee secretary, Chris Taylor, said: "It must have stopped raining about 30 minutes before kick-off, so we had a fairly dry, if muddy, match.
"It was a great game and everyone really enjoyed it."
