A CARAVAN and a car were damaged in suspicious fires in north Kent overnight.
Firefighters spent around an hour putting out a BMW which was alight in Hook Green Road, Southfleet.
They were called to the blaze at 12.25am this morning (June 9).
Around 90 minutes earlier a Thames-Side crew was called to a caravan which was on fire in a parking area in Medhurst Gardens, Gravesend.
It had been packed full of tyres, wood and old fire extinguishers and took around 30 minutes to put out.
Both are being investigated.
