TWO men have been taken to hospital after a two-car crash in Abbey Wood.

The incident happened in Bostall Hill just before 6.45am today.  

Officers, London Fire Brigade, and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene.  

They were both taken to a south London hospital. 

The condition of one man is believed not to be life-threatening and officers are waiting for an update on the condition of the second man.

No arrests have been made following the incident.  

Police remain at the scene waiting for the vehicles to be recovered.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 06.43am on Thursday, 6 October to reports of a collision at Bostall Hill, SE2. 

“Officers, London Fire Brigade [FPB] and London Ambulance Service attended. At the scene two cars had been in collision. 

“Two males were taken by LAS to a south London hospital. One male’s injuries are not life threatening. We await an update on the second male. 

“There were no arrests. 

“Officers remain on scene awaiting recovering of the vehicles. 

“Anyone who witnessed this incident or has information should call police on 101 or Tweet @MetCC quoting 1093/6OCT.
