ESTATE and letting agent Amax Estates celebrated their move to new spacious, modern offices with an official opening day on May 7.
The leader of Gravesham Borough Council, Councillor Michael Snelling, was present to cut the ribbon, marking the opening at Parrock Street in Gravesend. Cllr Snelling said: "It is a pleasure to support local business entrepreneurs."
Managing director for Amax Estates Maxine Fothergill said: "We are very happy for Mike to have made time to join us today. This is an exciting time for us at Amax with the expansion of our business and relocation to a more prominent site.
"As an established company we have evolved and prospered over the years into one of Kent's leading property agents, offering an array of services to all our new and existing clients alike - from lettings and property management, Energy Performance Certificates and property sourcing for investors."
She added: "As we look forward to the future we would like to thank all our clients for their support and continued business".
Amax Estates is also celebrating being awarded a contract to expand their business into residential block management for leasehold property.
