SMOKERS have been getting advice on how to kick the deadly habit.
Marketing agency One Deep Breath were out in Penge High Street on behalf of Bromley PCT, to offer ways people can stop smoking.
They spoke to about 150 people between 10am and 2pm on Friday (Mar 7).
The group also gave 48 smokers a breath test to check the amount of carbon monoxide in their blood stream.
Director of One Deep Breath, Kevin McCarthy, said: "To get 48 people having tests is a real success.
"We normally expect to do between 25 and 30 people.
"We are totally empathetic with how hard it is to quit smoking.
"We are trying to say there is help if you need it."
