FREE wireless internet access is now available at three Bexley libraries.
The facility allows Wi-Fi enabled devices, such as notebook computers, laptops, personal digital assistants and mobile phones, to connect to the internet via a wireless network.
It means people with wireless-enabled devices can connect to the internet for free at a library, while using the additional library facilities at the same time.
The service also means people do not have to book time on a library computer.
It is currently on offer at the Central Library in Townley Road, Bexleyheath; Sidcup Library, Hadlow Road, Sidcup, and Welling Library, Bellegrove Road, Welling, but is being rolled out across the borough.
The Wi-Fi connections are safely filtered and anyone who needs help to connect to the system can ask library staff.
