A man from Greenwich has been fined a total of £998 after driving at 92 miles per hour on the motorway.
Matthew James Gould admitted to speeding at Cheshire Magistrates Court on July 27.
On January 28, 2022, Gould drove a BMW on the M6 motorway northbound at 92 miles per hour despite the speed restrictions set at 50 miles per hour.

The speed was recorded by a home office approved device near Allostock in Cheshire.
Gould, of Jubilee Court in Greenwich, was ordered to pay a total of £998 and must pay £200 per month commencing on August 28.
This includes a fine of £807, a victim surcharge of £81 and costs of £110.
He has also been disqualified from driving for 55 days.
