A man from Basingstoke has been fined after invading Millwall’s pitch at the Crystal Palace FA Cup match.
Simon Sainsbury, 52, admitted going onto the pitch at the Den Stadium in Southwark on January 8, 2022.
Sainsbury, of Oceana Crescent in Basingstoke, was fined £452 for the offence during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on April 27, 2022.
This includes a £333 fine, £34 to fund victim services, and costs of £85.
The fine was ordered to be paid in instalments of £100 starting from May 25, 2022.
