BROMLEY FC will be celebrating with their fans in an open bus parade after a remarkable season.

The celebration will mark Bromley’s trophy-winning season after the men’s team beat Wrexham 1-0 on Sunday.

The women’s team will also be celebrating after only losing once all season to then winning the Greater London Women’s Football League Premier Division.

Football fans are invited to join the teams on May 28 which will start in Hayles Lane at around 11.50am.

The bus will leave from the club’s ground and travel through Hayes Lane, Hayes Road, Westmoreland Road, Bromley High Street, and Elmfield Road to arrive at The Glades at 12pm.

The Ravens will be welcomed on stage by The Mayor of Bromley, Councillor Hannah Gray.

Bromley Council, Bromley FC, and The Glades are working in partnership to bring Bromley together to applaud a remarkable season for the Ravens.

Robin Stanton-Gleaves, owner and chairman of Bromley FC, said: “It was fantastic to receive so much support from the Bromley fans at all our games throughout the season, and especially at Wembley.

“I am very happy we get to celebrate and share this success with them on Saturday.

“My thanks to Bromley Council and The Glades for working so hard to make this event possible.”

Councillor Kate Lymer, deputy leader of Bromley Council, said: “It is a remarkable achievement for a football club to win one trophy in a season.

“That Bromley FC won two, across men’s and women’s football, deserves recognition and praise.
