A man who has a number of health issues and communication difficulties is missing from Lewisham.

Graeme, 61, has been missing since 3.01pm yesterday (May 23).

Police are concerned for his welfare.

Officers say Graeme has a number of health issues and he can only communicate sporadically.

His speech may also be slurred.

He is believed to be wearing a blue t-shirt, white trainers, and ripped grey tracksuit bottoms.

Lewisham MPS (@MPSLewisham) tweeted: “Pls look out for Graeme, 61, #missing from #Lewisham since 3.01pm today.

“Police are worried for his welfare.

“Graeme has a number of health issues & can only communicate sporadically. His speech may be slurred.

"Blvd wearing blue T, white trainers & ripped grey tracksuit bottoms."
