A planning application for a new Starbucks coffee shop in Kidbrooke has been approved by Greenwich Council.

The application proposes the new shop to be built in Pegler Square in Kidbrooke Village.

It includes the installation of an internal mounted digital display board, a vinyl sign, a projecting sign, and one fascia sign as a part of the build.

The proposal was submitted to the Council on March 3.

The American coffee chain currently has 80,000 stores across 80 different countries, according to its website.

The application was approved on April 28.
