UK Bank Holidays 2022

South East London May Bank Holiday Weather

Friday, April 29:

If you're planning on heading out on Friday then you might want to bring a light jacket along with you as temperatures will reach heights of just 12C and dark clouds will overshadow the region.

But there is some good news with very little chance of rain and little wind with gusts of up to 19mph.

Plus there's even more good news as if you suffer from Hayfever you won't need to worry too much as pollen levels are at medium for the day.

Saturday, April 30:

If you're hoping for bright skies then you might be slightly disappointed with dark grey clouds set to take over the area on Saturday.

Looking at temperatures it will be slightly warmer with heights of 14C and very little wind with gusts of just 15 mph.

However, pollen levels will be slightly higher with the Met Office given a high mark for the area.

Sunday, May 1:

For the first day of May, the weather stays similar to the days prior with overcast clouds and temperatures never reaching above 13C.

However, there is very little chance of rain and the wind will be low at 16mph during the height of the day.

If you struggle with Hayfever then you might need to be prepared as high levels of pollen will be across the region.

Bank Holiday Monday, May 2:

Now onto the big day, clouds will be dark over the city with temperatures getting slightly warmer with heights of 16C.

But the wind will make it slightly colder with 14mph across the region and a slight chance of rain.

So you might need to keep a brolly and a light jacket by your side just in case.
