A 22-year-old man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in Bromley.

Emergency services were called to Mosslea Road shortly before 3.30pm today (April 19).

A man was found with stab injuries.

He was then taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.

Officers say he has been arrested on suspicion of affray.

A 19-year-old man was also arrested nearby on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

He was taken into custody at a south London police station.

Enquiries are ongoing.

A spokesperson for Met Police said: “Police were called at 3.29pm on Tuesday, 19 April after a man was found injured in Mosslea Road, Bromley.

“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service.

“A 22-year-old man was found with stab injuries and taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as not life-threatening.

“He has also been arrested on suspicion of affray.

A 19-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicious of grievous bodily harm and taken into custody at a south London police station.

“Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 4562/19Apr.
