Two sheds and 20 metres of fencing have been destroyed by a garden fire in Bromley.

Firefighters were called to sheds on fire on Queen Anne Avenue in Bromley yesterday (April 3) at 12.55pm.

Part of another shed at the back of an adjacent home was also damaged by the blaze.

Three gas cylinders were involved in the fire and crews cooled them to a safer temperature - as some cylinders can explode when exposed to heat.

The fire was under control by 2.03pm.

Three fire engines and around 15 firefighters from Bromley, Beckenham and Lewisham fire stations attended the scene.
