A man from Dartford has been fined almost £800 after dropping a cigarette and a glass bottle outside a church in Bexleyheath Broadway.
Ionut Fainita, of the Brent in Dartford, was ordered to pay £784 after depositing a cigarette and a glass bottle outside Christ Church on July 18, 2021.
This includes a £440 fine, £44 to fund victim services and costs of £300.
The verdict was proved in a single justice procedure at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on February 14, 2022.
Section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applies in this area.
The fine for the offence was ordered to be paid by March 11, 2022.
