We aren’t sure anyone will be cooking in THAT kitchen, but this two-bedroom Bromley home will set you back a hefty £370,000.

The terraced house is located in Shroffold Road in Bromley.

It’s listed on Zoopla with a guide price of between £370k and £380k, and is requesting cash purchasers only.

It’s going to require large renovation costs, a lot of work – and someone who dares to go inside.

News Shopper:

The outside of the home has a modern feel from the front – but is far more messy from the back.

The derelict garden is covered in messy shrubbery, overgrown grass, and branches which pose as obstacles if you want to walk around.

News Shopper:

The kitchen has a chess-like chequered flooring made of a not-so-stylish black and yellow pattern.

News Shopper:

This is partnered with what looks to have been fruit, or floral, decorated walls.

The kitchen sink is still in-tact, though I doubt anyone will be making a cuppa there any time soon.

The majority of the kitchen walls are completely stripped bare, and there is a white, misty cover along all the floors and the walls.

News Shopper:

In what we can assume was the living room, the floorboards are bare and the walls are a mix of white and a deep yellow-y orange.

News Shopper:

An old hob, oven and fridge in the middle of the room might be of use, though.

The bathroom is not the most pleasant – and washing in there would probably make you far more dirty than how you went in.

News Shopper:

There’s a sink, toilet, what looks like it was the bottom of a shower, and some ripped apart walls and floors with stains on.

Oh, and it looks like there’s some toilet roll left in there – just in case you need it.

The remaining two rooms which are likely to be the bedrooms are again stripped bare of any wall art and any flooring.

News Shopper:

In one, the walls are now a mix of white, orange and brown stains.

In the other, they’re covered in a bright yellow wash.

News Shopper:

The bedrooms look to have old fireplaces in them – which could be kept as a feature – but will probably need a lick of paint first.

The windows throughout are large – creating a bright, light space for someone to get out some paint, some TLC, and a whole lot more to make this shell their home.
