Police are searching for a suspect with links to Gravesend who fled to the dock during a court appearance.

William Reader, who was facing charges of assault, escaped Medway Magistrates’ Court on the morning of Saturday, February 12.

He is believed to be wearing a grey tracksuit, however he may have since changed his clothing.

Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him directly, but to call Kent Police immediately on 999 quoting reference 12-0507.
