We aren't sure there will be much cooking going on in THAT kitchen - but this derelict flat in Lewisham is up for auction for £120k.

The two-bed flat is located in Meadowview Road in Lewisham.

It is listed on Zoopla with a guide price of £120,000 - and will on February 2 go to auction with Barnard Marcus Auctions.

It's going to require large renovation costs, a lot of work - and someone who actually dares go inside the kitchen.

The outside of the flat looks like a normal semi-detached house, fitting in with others-alike on the same road.

News Shopper:

However, the flat itself doesn't have the same touch - with floors that have been completely ripped of their furnishings and walls that could make a rainbow.

In what looks to be a living room, the sky-blue walls are complemented by brown hanging curtains.

News Shopper:

A rusting radiator sits underneath the window before the floor which is down to its boards.

Over in what can be imagined as a bedroom, there are bright red walls, old and stained-looking floral curtains and floors ripped of their furnishings.

News Shopper:

There is a further large living room which has stained beige walls, a light fitting with no shield and lace curtains hanging on half of the window.

Again, the flooring is ripped to its bare boards.

News Shopper:

The derelict bright-green kitchen has the last bits of its flooring, a stained and old looking unit and the same lace curtains.

While at the moment derelict and arguably inhabitable - this flat was clearly once the perfect hub for someone.

And, with a lick of some more neutral paint, some flooring and some TLC - hopefully it will be again soon.
