Two drivers in their 60s suffered serious injuries after crashing in Dartford.

The incident, which involved a blue Ford B-Max car and a green Ford Transit van, happened on the A20 London Road, Farningham, on Wednesday, January 19.

The car was travelling downhill and the van uphill, between the Swanley Interchange and the A225 roundabout, when they collided at around 5.45pm.

Both drivers, in their 60s, were taken to hospital to be treated for injuries which have been described as serious.

Enquiries are being carried out by officers from the serious collision investigation unit, who would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has dashcam or CCTV footage.
