There have been four separate convictions in the past month for attending illegal gatherings in Bromley during lockdown.

We looked at the cases which have been in court over this time period– and the fines for the offence total £2,132 collectively.

The individual fines range from £414 to £584.

Michael Parke, Josh Quinton, Levi Mullings and Ashley Entecott were all found guilty of breaking Tier 4 coronavirus restrictions in Bromley in December 2020.

Each case in full:

Ashley Entecott

This 33-year-old was found guilty of participating in a private gathering of two or more people in Rodway Road, Bromley on December 31, 2020.

London was under Tier 4 restrictions at the time, which saw people only allowed to leave home for essential purposes, such as to buy food and medical supplies, or for daily exercise.

Entecott, of Rodway Road in Bromley, was fined £584 in total for the offence during a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 5, 2022.

This includes a £440 fine, £44 to fund victim services and costs of £100.

He was ordered to pay this by February 2, 2022.

Levi Mullings

This 43-year-old was found guilty of participating in a private gathering of two or more people in Rodway Road, Bromley on December 30, 2020.

London was under Tier 4 restrictions at the time, which saw people only allowed to leave home for essential purposes, such as to buy food and medical supplies, or for daily exercise.

Mullings, of Plaistow Lane in Bromley, was fined £584 in total for the offence during a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 5, 2022.

This includes a £440 fine, £44 to fund victim services and costs of £100.

He was ordered to pay this by February 2, 2022.

Michael Parke

This 59-year-old was found guilty of participating in a private gathering of two or more people in Hawes Road, Bromley on New Year’s Eve – December 31, 2020.

London was under Tier 4 restrictions at the time, which saw people only allowed to leave home for essential purposes, such as to buy food and medical supplies, or for daily exercise.

Parke, of Longbury Drive in Orpington, was fined £550 in total for the offence during a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on December 8, 2021.

This includes a £440 fine, £40 to fund victim services and costs of £110.

He was ordered to pay this by January 5, 2022.

Josh Quinton

This 29-year-old admitted to participating in a gathering of two or more people in a multi-storey car park in Beckenham Lane - a public outdoor place - on December 23, 2020.

London was under Tier 4 restrictions at the time, which saw people only allowed to leave home for essential purposes, such as to buy food and medical supplies, or for daily exercise.

Quinton, of Guibal Road, was fined £414 in total for the offence during a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on January 5, 2022.

This includes a £290 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £90.

He was ordered to pay this by February 2, 2022.
