A man has been fined after stealing £100 worth of chocolate from a Morrisons petrol garage in Erith.
Tye Atherton admitted to stealing the sweet treats on July 23 this year from the Morrison’s petrol garage in James Watt Way.
The 37-year-old was discharged conditionally for a year and fined £72 in a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on December 14.
Atherton, of Magpie Close in Enfield, must pay £10 every two weeks.
The fine includes compensation of £50 and £22 for victim services.
