The driver of a Jaguar has been fined and disqualified from driving after drink driving in Lewisham.
Jimmy Vassel admitted to driving a motor vehicle with alcohol levels above the limit in Lewisham High Street on August 27.
The 57-year-old, of Stoneycroft Close in Lewisham, was consequently disqualified from driving for 22 months and fined £231 during a hearing at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on December 10.
This includes a £112 fine, £34 to fund victim services and costs of £85.
There was 89 microgrammes of alcohol in a sample of 100 millilitres of Vassel’s breath - which exceeds the prescribed limit.
