Data has revealed which streets are the most expensive in south east London.

It comes as the average detached property in the area is estimated to cost around £1,078,356.

Some properties in the more expensive streets can sell for more than £3,000,000.

Data from Zoopla, shows where the most expensive streets in south east London are and what it would cost to buy a house there.

Here are the five most expensive streets in and around south east London, according to ‘Zed Index’ estimates (average property value) from Zoopla.

Alleyn Road, SE21

According to Zoopla, the average price for property in Alleyn Road stood at £3,142,737 in December 2021.

This is a rise of 1.94 per cent in the last three months (since September 2021) and rise of 5.90 per cent since 12 months ago.

In terms of property types, flats in Alleyn Road sold for an average of £448,847 and terraced houses for £936,335. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.

Parkgate, SE3

According to Zoopla, the average price for property in Parkgate stood at £3,059,070 in December 2021.

This is a rise of 1.81 per cent in the last three months (since September 2021) and rise of 4.76 per cent since 12 months ago.

In terms of property types, flats in Parkgate sold for an average of £470,662 and terraced houses for £643,823. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.

Burbage Road, SE21

According to Zoopla, the average price for property in Burbage Road stood at £3,059,070 in December 2021.

This is a rise of 1.94 per cent in the last three months (since September 2021) and rise of 5.90 per cent since 12 months ago.

In terms of property types, flats in Burbage Road sold for an average of £448,847 and terraced houses for £2,634,916. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.

Court Lane Gardens, SE21

This is a rise of 2.09 per cent in the last three months (since September 2021) and rise of 6.81 per cent since 12 months ago.

In terms of property types, flats in Holland Street sold for an average of £2,902,432 and terraced houses for £911,005. This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.
