Police will have increased powers for a certain period of time following anti-social behaviour in an area in Lewisham.
Anti-social behaviour was reported to police in the Fordham Park area on Tuesday - and further behaviour of the same nature is anticipated by officers.
As a result, a section 35 dispersal order has been authorised in the area from 3pm on December 1 to 3pm on December 3.
A Section 35 gives a police constable and a police community support officer in uniform the power to exclude a person from an area for a period of up to 48 hours with a police inspector’s authority.
