Police are seeking a man who masturbated on a train while filming a woman before disembarking in Sydenham.

A CCTV image has been released following the incident, which took place between Kent House and Sydenham Hill on Friday, October 15.

At 11.15pm, the suspect boarded at Kent House and sat opposite a woman on an otherwise empty carriage.

He began to masturbate under his trousers. The woman noticed he was filming her on his mobile phone at the same time.

After he exposed himself, the victim walked away. The suspect then got off the train at Sydenham Hill station.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
