Two men have been charged with attempted murder after an alleged stabbing in Dartford which left the victim with serious injuries to his leg.

A man in his 20s was allegedly assaulted by three men on Farnol Road at around 3.30pm on Saturday, November 20.

He was rushed to a London hospital for treatment, where he remains in a stable condition.

Elias Spencer, 22, of South Road, Forest Hill, and Grant Odejeh, 20, of Knights Manor Way, Dartford, attended a police station in Northfleet at separate times on Monday, November 22.

Both were arrested and later charged with attempted murder and possessing a knife in a public place.

Mr Odejeh was additionally charged with making threats to kill, while Mr Spencer was also charged with committing an act to pervert the course of justice – an allegation that he threatened to harm a witness.

They were remanded in custody to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday November 24.

At the hearing, they were further remanded in custody and will next appear at Woolwich Crown Court on Wednesday, December 22.

An 18-year-old man from Dartford was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on November 20.

He has been released on bail, pending further enquiries, until December 14.
