Kent Police officers are looking to identify a man after an alleged theft from a car.
The incident happened at 3am on Saturday, October 30 in Stones Avenue, Dartford.
Two backpacks were taken from a parked car.
Police are asking anyone who recognises the man in the video to call 01474 366149 quoting 46/219611/21.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: "A video of an alleged theft from a motor vehicle has been released in an appeal to identify a man.
"The incident took place at 3am on Saturday 30 October 2021 and saw two backpacks taken from a car which was parked in Stones Avenue, Dartford.
