Police have released an image after a passenger was racially abused by a man sitting next to him on a train to Bromley South.
The suspect sat beside the victim at 10.55pm on Tuesday, October 5, on-board a service travelling from Victoria, making “racially abusive” comments towards him.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
