In less than two weeks bonfire night will be here and the skies across London will be lit up to mark the night.

Typically known as Guy Fawkes Night, the evening celebrates the night of the failed attempt of an attack on the Houses of Parliament

This year November 5 lands on a Friday allowing a weekend full of firework festivities perfect for families.

To make sure you don’t miss out on any of the displays, we’ve picked some of the biggest displays happening over the weekend.

Ally Pally’s Fireworks Festival

When: November 6 - Gates open at 4pm

Where: Alexandra Palace

The palaces display will be set against panoramic views of London and will have a range of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Including a Light Show a Spice Girls Tribute Act, funfair, and much more.

Tickets for the event range from £13.50 for adults to £3.50 for children aged 10 and under.

The Battersea Park Fireworks Show

When: November 6-7

Where: Battersea Park

The South London Park will have a two-night special event, with the Saturday being a classic display and the Sunday tailored towards families with an earlier start time.

For the Sunday event, the bonfire will be replaced with a Visual Volcano, an exciting lighting installation.

Tickets for the display are £12.10 per person.

Musical Fireworks Display

When: November 5-6

Where: Wimbledon Park

This explosive musical event will have two displays backed by music and will have an array of food and drink options. Plus the event will have a funfair for everyone to enjoy.

Tickets range from £9.63 to £7.49, with children aged 0-4 given free entry.

Chiswick Park Fireworks Extravaganza

When: November 4 - Gates open at 5pm

Where: Chiswick Park

This Park event is host to a range of fun activities, from a charity firewalk, live music, fire performers, and of course the main event, the fireworks show.

The event is free to those that work at Chiswick Park and the general public but you can only gain entry with a pre-booked ticket.
