A man has been arrested after a cash till was stolen from a café in Bromley.

Police were called to the café in Widmore Road on Sunday night where there had been a break in and the cash till taken.

The suspect had fled the scene but officers and a police dog managed to track him down.

He was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Bromley Police said: "BURGLAR ARRESTED! Officers were called to a café along Widmore Road last night where there had been a break in and the cash till taken. The suspect had fled however officers and the police dog tracked the suspect down and he was arrested for burglary. GOOD JOB TEAM!"
